About the Alliance

Alliance of Common Interest Communities was founded by David Grogan after experiencing  fraud in his condominium association.

 

From this experience he became an expert on Association Fraud and 

 now educates associations and community groups across the country on the many ways to reduce the occurrence of fraud.

Mr Grogan had a 25 year career in the property casualty insurance industry. He has a degree in Economics from St Lawrence University and a
Masters in Teaching from the University of Massachusetts.
